Michelle can offer specialized programming for students with special needs and considerations. . .
Such as children on the spectrum, and you can easily have special programs catered to the needs of others, bringing team building to often excluded individuals.
Changing a program to make the sounds quieter and the lights brighter, making the room less crowded and making sure the sensory surroundings meet the needs of our population are all taken into consideration when planning events together.
Michelle can come to facilitate these team-building programs or work with your team to create a year-long list of programs that are friendly to participants on all levels. Activities are great for work, the classroom, for teachers and learners, and parties too!
